Who we are.
Bethel Atlanta Missions:
At Bethel Atlanta, we have a heart for the nations. In Mark 16:15 we receive the mandate to go into all the world and preach the gospel to all of creation. We desire to demonstrate the love of God and the power of God to save, heal, and deliver individuals, families, and ultimately nations. There is power in long-term missions. The time and energy to create lasting relationships is what will sustain continued revival in a nation.
Bethel Atlanta Missions encourages and pastors missionaries sent by Bethel Atlanta and helps them to maintain their connection to the church. To assist the missionaries and their ministries, Bethel Atlanta Missions facilitates their needs by interceding, communicating regularly, and donating funds.
Locally, we are raising up radical revivalists filled with the love of God and the supernatural power of God. Short-term mission trips are a catalyst for teams to host God encounters with people of other nations and to visit and participate with our missionaries in the field.
Thank you for your interest and support of our missionaries and their presence in the nations. Missions are an opportunity to proclaim the message of Jesus: “The kingdom of heaven is at hand”. Missions provide the opportunity to partner with Jesus to heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, and cast out demons. If you want to be more involved, consider praying for our missionaries, financial contributions, or participating in our short-term mission trips. Our mandate is to take the gospel to the ends of the earth. One day all the earth will be filled with the glory of the Lord and all flesh will see it!
Missions are an opportunity to proclaim the message of Jesus: “The kingdom of heaven is at hand”.

Michael & Jennifer Coots
Jennifer completed the first year of BASSM and taught preschool, and Michael was an attorney in Atlanta while they were part of Bethel Atlanta. Following a call from the Lord to go to the nations, they resigned from their jobs in 2015 to attend the Iris Global Harvest School of Missions in Mozambique. Upon returning to Atlanta, they decided to launch as full time missionaries in 2016 to help establish the Iris Global base (Kaleo International in Mexico) in the state of Morelos, Mexico. They are part of a team of international and national missionaries who desire to prepare Mexico for the coming wave of revival. Jennifer leads the local SOZO ministry and justice ministries for women. Michael teaches regularly in churches, leads outreaches, and is devoted to equipping the church to move in supernatural power. Following the September 2017 earthquakes, their team has been leading teams to unreached towns and villages to bring the love of God and meet physical needs. They are also planting churches, hosting church leadership and missionary schools, and launching works all over Mexico. Michael and Jennifer, along with their daughter Chloe, have a vision to demonstrate the culture of honor and Kingdom family in the midst of revival.
Alan & Heidi Winter
Frontline Missions was founded in 1997 by Alan and Heidi Winter. For more than twenty years, Alan and Heidi poured their lives into the Great Commission, connecting and inspiring the global church to love the one in front of them. After suffering a stroke in the spring of 2017, Alan Winter went home to be with the Lord. His wife, Heidi, continues their vision as the President of Frontline Missions. Working primarily in Central and South America, Frontline creates strategic partnerships with the local and global body of Christ to bring the message of Jesus to unreached and unengaged people groups. Evangelism efforts, Bible training centers, mission team outreach, economic development and the training of pastors and leaders is all part of their ongoing ministry in Brazil, Colombia, Guyana, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua and Venezuela.
Joseph Blanchard
Crossroads Ministries International (CMI) has worked on secondary school campuses for more than two decades. Thousands of students have been impacted with the powerful gospel of Jesus Christ through on-campus Crossroads clubs over the years. In one local area, Crossroads facilitated 15 on-campus clubs with over 1,000 students receiving Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior in one school year. Through CMI seminars and one-on-one mentoring, youth pastors and community volunteers have been equipped with tools to start campus-focused, church-based club ministries. CMI also focuses on equipping underserved, lower socioeconomic students and on connecting churches in the community to the schools around them. Joseph Blanchard is the founder and executive director of CMI. He and his wife, Martha, have 2 sons and live in Peachtree City, Georgia.
Leif & Jennifer Hetland
Leif and Jennifer Hetland launched Global Mission Awareness (GMA) in 2000 with a vision to impact the least, the last and the lost. They have since set foot in 87 nations with the message of the Father’s heart. God has opened the doors for GMA to penetrate some of the most spiritually dark areas of the world. Love has softened the hardest of hearts and transformed regions that were once hostile to God. Over one million people have been saved during their years in ministry. Operating in over 22 nations, Global Mission Awareness is a family of families blessing the nations of the earth. Leif and Jennifer have been blessed with four beautiful children and one son-in-law and make their home in Peachtree City, Georgia.
Upcoming Short-Term Missions
At Bethel Atlanta, we send short-term missions teams to visit and support our missionaries and ministry partners in the work they are doing around the world. We believe this creates an opportunity to love on our contacts, support them with specialized teams to assist with their vision, and enables members of our church body to participate in the Great Commission and experience first-hand God’s miraculous presence throughout the world.

Testimonies
Healed of Scleroderma
“The first time Bethel Atlanta went with Frontline Missions to Taganga, Colombia I knew there was going to be someone there with an autoimmune disease that God wanted to heal. We went to a home for lunch and prayer one afternoon, and, of course, there was that beautiful young mother with scleroderma that requested prayer. As she told her story, I realized that that was autoimmune! She was THE ONE! After we prayed, her skin already began to soften. This woman was so overjoyed even at that small beginning! God healed that sweet mother that day,of a horrible disease that would eventually take her life! Months later we returned to Taganga and she showed up at a night beach meeting. It was so good to see her so whole! She shared her testimony that night of how God had healed her, and how she had been going from
church to church sharing her story!”

“I had severe left knee pain, which bothered me for about 6 months. At times, the knee would lock just out of nowhere and I would limp in pain. I could not bend it or jump at all. During the supernatural healing class at KLA, we were asked to pray for those who were unwell. I raised my hand and was prayed for. My knee got healed immediately!!! There’s no more pain and I can now bend it and move around without difficulty. Glory to God. They started aerobics at work and I have been going. I have been jumping rope too. I’m completely healed!”

“My mum has suffered awful back problems since she gave birth to my younger sister. Every time she would bend or lift things it would hurt really bad…for over 20 years now! I have prayed for her from time to time. Every time she would complain, I’d lay hands on her, but with no breakthrough. Until recently… Last week, she did a task while bending and her back hurt really bad the whole day. It seemed worse than usual. As soon as she told me about it, I prayed for her – really holding on to faith in my heart because I had done it so many times before. My mum is not the type to actually test and see if it’s gone. So she said, “It will just go,” when I asked her how she felt after prayer. The next day, my friends came over and before they left, I asked them to pray for my mum’s back, not knowing if she was healed after I prayed or not. When she came, she testified to all of us that that morning she woke up with her back completely healed!! Glory to God!! 20 years of back pain completely healed!!!”
